I have always had a passion for arts & crafts. This passion of mine led me to start creating tumblers for myself, my daughter and family members. It all started with a simple Starbucks tumbler. That’s how Yessii’s creations took off on November 2021. I enjoy making simple items look unique and personalized. This business has allowed me to be a stay at home mom/wife and dedicate a lot more time to my family. It’s just a blessing to watch my daughter grow up and have my family help me further build this business together. I’m the one behind the social media outlets, accounting, replying to all your messages, creating your items and shipping them, While my husband helps me with marketing, and My little helper (my daughter) enjoys helping me take all your packages to the post office. We’re a family business. Thank you for supporting our small business, it means the world to us.
POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales are final. No returns or exchanged. Once your package is shipped we are not responsible for it. If your package is Lost, Stolen, Delayed or Damaged. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All products are handmade so imperfections are to be expected. We will ship to the address that has been provided on the order. Any packages returned to us will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Please read product descriptions before making a purchase by making a purchase you agree to all processing times listed in the product descriptions
Please remember packages can be delayed due to holiday seasons. Currently all orders processing times vary by product but usually range between 7-21 business days. Not including weekends and holidays. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
